Silly Hat Club on Perimeter Road

The Silly Hat Club is one of the smaller and more quiet bars. Mainly long time visitors and expats are going here for a chat, pool game or to watch lovely dancers on stage. Drinks and fun are priced very moderately in this establishment. They recently underwent renovation. Opening hours: 2pm until midnight.
